Pablo Creek Reserve is 400 acres and will have 270 homesites. Estate homesites are approximately 150X200 ft or.75 acre in size with a few homesites that are 1 to 3 acres. In some locations, purchasers may join two or more lots together to create a larger homesite. Homes in the Estate section are over 4,000 square feet.
