A Commitment to Excellence

Franchise Owner Mark Refosco and Building Company President Bill Goreschak bring a vast amount of expertise and a long tradition of building to Duval and St. Johns counties through Marcus Allen Homes, an independently owned and operated franchise of Arthur Rutenberg Homes.

With an educational background in architecture and civil engineering, Mark started his career as an architectural designer and a successful building company executive before becoming an Arthur Rutenberg Homes franchisee. Bill, a second-generation homebuilder, brings more than a quarter century of residential and commercial building experience to his position as Building Company President. He has a bachelor’s degree in building construction and holds a certified general contractor’s license. Both Mark and Bill reside with their families in Northeast Florida.
